JDV Group was formed in January 1997 by Jason DeVos to provide construction contracting and management services to our valued clients

The group has grown to now include 3 operating divisions:

• JDV Projects
  specialising in commercial interiors, construction and refurbishment, industrial fitout and relocation management
• JDV Management
  specialising in project management and consultancy
• JDV Property Group
  boutique property development and investment

Since January 1997, JDV Group has completed:

• JDV Projects - in excess of 200 projects ranging in value from $35K to $4M with a cumulative total value in excess of $100M
• JDV Management - since 1999 provided project and development services to over $85M of end product value
• JDV Property Group - since 2002 developed in consultation with associated company Thornet P/L over $70M of end product value

Green Building & Green Star Certified projects

The JDV Group is a corporate member of the Green Building Council Australia with 2 staff members accredited Green Building Professionals. As the global society becomes increasingly aware of their impact on the environment the principals of Green or Sustainable construction are gaining market traction. The JDV Group is committed to the improving awareness of Green and Sustainable construction, fitout and development, and the promotion and acknowledgment Charter of the Green Building Council Australia (GBCA).

JDV Projects are well versed in the principals of certified Green Star projects and have the capabilities to undertake 4 or 5 Star office interior and/or construction projects.
